One of the ultimate classics and unbeatable flavor combinations, this is Jamie Oliver’s take: a slice of toasted bread or baguette served with soft, scrambled eggs and a bit of smoked salmon. Brunch it!
What You’ll Need:

Crack eggs into bowl and add a splash of milk, whip lightly until ready to scramble. Heat medium sized skillet and add a good sized slice of butter (begin to melt) but do not let the butter brown.
(1) Once butter begins to bubble but still is clear, add in egg mixture and reduce heat to medium/low. Stir occasionally as needed.
(2) Place sliced toast in toaster or place in the oven and begin to toast until golden brown and slightly crispy.
(3) Mix eggs but turn heat off when eggs still appear soft, fluffy, and wet or partially uncooked. Scrambled eggs are usually better when “undercooked” much like pasta.
Place sliced toast on white plate and add serving of eggs, topping with a slice or two of smoked salmon. Garnish with lemon wedge and green herb, sprinkle with black pepper and serve immediately.
